i m sandesh open a recurring deposit in hdfc bank a/c no 07137850000211.

the rd is closed in september since that day i follow up for withdrow money but any body responce me the personal banker says that you are withrow money same month but i can do this...

i have also original certificate of rd...

what can i do the next...
