Hi, I am Gopal. I am using HDFC credit card for the past 4 yrs. Now I am unable to make the payment at a time, so that I contacted bank services to change my amount in to EMI facility. But the Customer service people are not responding properly and talking very rudely with Customers. Some agents are asked me to call back after one day or two days for new offers on card. I have wasted my time and money for phone bills by contacting customer care, but no response from the people.
