Harrasment by Saltlake Sector 5 Branch

I went to the branch for closure of my Savings Bank Account. They (Sovik and Arpan seating in Counter No 11 and 12 respectively) asked me to withdraw all the money first and then apply for the closure.

They did the following so that I cannot apply for Closure:

1. Intentionally expired my ATM PIN though my card status is active and I was not able to withdraw money from ATM.

2. They don't provide cash on withdrawl slip (they even don't provide withdrawl slip).

They kept me waiting for 50 minutes just to say that they can't initiate the closure from Saltlake Sector 5 Branch.

And above all the Branch Manager is a USELESS Fellow. When I stated that in their closure form they have a option to withdraw the cash on closure (if the amount is less than 20000) he came back with the answer he is not authorized to do so. Its hard to understand that a Branch manager is not authorized for Branch Activities.

Hell lot of problem with this bank and don't know if this is the Bank's policy to harass the customer who are asking for closure or this is the 3 people stated above doing this nuisance.
