Telephonic harrasment

Dear sir/ma'am

i am a credit card holder of hdfc bank. i have been receiving phone calls from there collection office perhaps for outstanding dues, the caller Suresh Bhatia from naraina branch has been very rude and he's using foul and indecent language which is very embarassing. we at no point of time have refused to pay but we have settled the account and are requesting for the letter of settlement only after which we shall make the payment, now this fellow Suresh Bhatia has called us up more than 50 times on my landline and mobile and is going on behaving and using idecent language again and again. This is my humble request to you to please look into the matter immediately and see that the customer is not harassed like this anymore. Waiting for your reply.
