Wrong deduction of penality charges

Dear HDFC team,

One of my cheque issued to my borther (SBI bank) was returned because of insufficeint amount in my account. For this deduction of 386.05 which I can understand as cheque return charges for 12th August. But second deduction is of 827.25 which you have mentioned as deduction charges for resubmission of same cheque (cheque number 611398) on 14th August.

When my brother checked it with his bank, they (SBI) confirmed reason of rejection was not correct first time. It was mentioned as "other reasons". Reason code number 20. Because of this they resubmitted the cheque again to you on 14th August.

Only second time, reason for rejection was mentioned correctly as " insufficient funds".

This carelessness is not acceptable. Not only me, other party (my brother) has also suffered huge penalty charges second time.

Please invetigate arevert back the Rs.827.25 to my account as soon as possible.
