Hello,

I had purchased an Activa, on loan with HDFC bank eight months ago and had given eighth post dated cheques for installment. On 23rd Nov suddenly a collection boy visited my residence saying the installment has not been paid for this month whereas the payment due is on 05th of every month. I was shocked that the HDFC collection boy reached my residence after 19 days of the due date. though my cell was not reachable they could have sent the person within 3-4 at my residence also they didn't even informed me regarding the submitting of cheques neither sent me any letter for the same. I am very unhappy with HDFC for the services they are providing to their customers.
