To whomsoever it may concern.

I Renuka S Peter would like to bring into your notice few unacceptable behaviour of your bank.

Since 15th Dec I have been trying to reach your customer service, but could not reach as the phone gets disconnected again and again. Its not from my side which I confirmed as I asked somebody else to dial your number in Delhi. Same thing happening several times even on 16th dec. I am fed up. There are other small bank also, but they have also banking service, but I never came across such difficulty to speak to a simple representative. Its so annoying when you have little time and you are disconnected and not getting your concern resolved. I am so unhappy with HDFC services not only interms of disconnection on call but also in other services. Your people promise for a call back. But they dont revert. In fine language HDFC has a poor banking service. I have done a small research, People holding HDFC aacount (corporate and general) 66.25 people in NCR, Delhi are dissatisfied with the services in all means. Which is not acceptable.
