I have a complaint regarding HDFC bank credit card no 5289456001743157.I requested for EMI conversion of my dues 6 months back. They told me the wrong amount and added a policy forcively. I asked them to stop this EMI together with the policy and I paid all my dues together with first EMI amount as well as policy amount. But, till date they have not stopped that and every month they are sending me the statement including the policy and the late fine charges. They are not responding to the request. I have also sent them a letter to stop all these.
