I have been at logger heads with this bank since over a year.
The manager Ms Rajashree Sood's knowledge of what the bank offers is dismal, apart from that she gave me a guarantee that she would be my personal banker and resolve all issues which occured as part of THIER stupidity.
The entire staff Mr Patil, Shubhita, Amit Redij, Tejas Shah, Kavish Desai and how many more people i have gone to the matter keeps going round and round. After a year i reminded them and then they realised OH the complaint has not been looked into.
I have mailed Mr Neville Mistry, grieviance redressal, then after what they feel is a good time to answer, they decide to mail me saying the matter will be taken up, then i get the run around Murari S Tiwari, after that someone called Gayatri Krishna Rao and they are all just lolling looks like in the garden.
The Bank refused to:
1) let me close my acount
2) would NOT allow me to de link my account
3) They decided to replace my VISA with a MASTER all by themselves and then when i demanded an explanation the bank manager promptly removes her purse to show me she also uses a MASTER card.
After that they said i would recieve my VISA card also at no additional cost and asap. This takes the cake, whenever i called asking if my card has come the bank would say its in the VAULT for SAFE KEEPING.
ARE U KIDDING ME!!!
4) the bank refused me access to MY OWN MONEY, upon my mothers hospitalisation to be able to pay the hospital. PLS NOTE: This is money in MY account, NOT a LOAN from the bank.
5) apart from all this for the longest time the bank denied me access to MY ACCOUNT DETAILS!!!
Now they are still looking into the matter, over a year and they still are unable to do anything.
Ms Rajashree Sood thinks she is very smart, despite telling her over and over to communicate by mail, she send me letters at my home via courier saying that the matter is resolved!! Height of being daft i say.
She also does not understand banking procedures pertaining to her own bank, whilst i am sitting in the cabin and speaking with her she picks up her phone to speak to some colleague (without so much as a by your leave) saying i dont understand this file of figures please do it for me and explain it to me so i can say something proper in the meeting!!!
A MR. Bobby Mathews calls randomly to assure yes yes we will take action and look into the same, but nothing so far.
I want to know what action has been taken, but all i get is mails and calls. I refuse to let this matter go. They have harassed me for so long and continue to do so.
