HDFC staff acts as roadside footpath vendors by confusing customers and earning through penalty and fines. I was cheated by not clearly communication on minimum balance of Rs 25000 which I thought to be Rs 10000 and now paying sometimes a kind of charges. They force people to by unnecessary policies and other investments but do not listen to simple requests if it is not in their flavor to get commissions.
NSDL PAN is displaying HDFC bank name for cheque payment and online payment but they are not accepting cheques for these services. and online payment is also malfunctioning or disabled.
They did'nt open an zero balance official account on simple excuses which can be rectified easily.
CAN Reserve Bank of India, NSDL PAN etc review their way of working that is causing lot of mental tension
