My name is Saikh Sarwar Saddat Hakim. My salary account number is 00881140074113 which is blocked. My credit card number is 5176521003629690. Due to nonpayment they blocked my card and debited my money from my hdfc bank account. I have written letter to credit card and customer but with negative result. I received a call from a lady named Muskan mobile number is 9811364774 and the agency's numbers 01166219091 and 01143145000 and also sms that my account is put on hold..She asked me to pay 2500/- on 06 aug which i paid and also she told me that my salary account is put on hold but will be ok within 48 hours. Again she said she will send her executive today which she didn't and hdfc bank again debited 10235/- from my salary account. Now when i called customer care to both banking and credit card they gave me debit collection number. They have taken already interest charges. Now they have made this figure to 67278/- which is more than double my transaction..I told them to make EMI but they are taking advantage of my salary account. Please help me as soon as possible as i am going through tough period. I have never expected such a harrasment from bank as they are harrassing a lot through phone calls and now they are asking me to pay 67278 which is not the real amount and the letter they have said saying they have right to impose the charge they can and debit from my salary account. Again on 1 Feb they blocked my account and took 1500/- and now again they are asking me pay 1600/- and not settling the amount.
