This is to inform you that with out any valid reason my aforesaid salary account has been blocked by your credit card dept. Please find attached the scan copy of my settlement letter as well the cash receipts for settling my outstanding amount against the afore said credit card. I am assuring that all my cheques has been cleared from my bank without any problem. But I don't know why your dept. has blocked my salary account as such? I am a married person and only the earning member in my family. So I am unable to meet my family commitments due to non receipt of my salary for the month of Dec'09. from 01st of dec'09, I am contacting with so many persons over the customer care dept. but neither any body is helping me out from my serios problem nor any body is trying to understand my current situation as well.
So I am trying to put this accross to your knowledge to get rid out of this problem. I am really help less to address my concerns to you people. No body responded till date.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN MY ACCOUNT WILL GET RELEASED???
