Hi,

I want to make complain against HDFC CREDIT CARD collection dept.i am carrying a card no.4346 7720 0497 0397, the limit of this card is overdue, but every month i am paying them the interest on that amount which comes around 2100/- but this month i am not able to pay the said amount, so they are saying ki if don't pay the amount we will send a executive at your relatives place, the address which i never mentioned anywhere.& every month before making a call to me they always make a call to my parents.which i think not a way to get the things done. They actually shout on phone there is no professionalism in these people & the manager of these executive also don't have any manner to how to talk they use rough language & say "hum kaun sa 50000 bugs mang rahe hain" "itne din se kya kar rahe ho".& also saying "if something happens then don't blame us"

The name of the executive is Reshma & her manager name is Prakash.

& No. from which they are making call are 020-41400000 & 020-41218016.

I want to take some necessary action against these people.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding your recent interaction with the Bank.

We take this opportunity to clarify that finance charges per month accrue to your card account in case we are in receipt of partial payment or non receipt of any payment towards the outstanding on the card account. The late payment fees would also accrue if we are not in receipt of the minimum amount due by the payment due date.

We observe that we have not been in receipt of your payment towards the minimum amount due as per your monthly statements since November'09 within the payment due date. Owing to the same, applicable late payment charges and finance charges were levied to your card account and the same reflects in the monthly statement sent to you.

Hence, our bank representatives had contacted you to facilitate payment. While we have explained the circumstances causing the payment follow up, we regret for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.

We wish to inform you that your credit card is currently overdue and there is an outstanding of Rs. 43, 363.32 due and payable as on date on your credit card account. We request you to effect necessary payment to avoid further levy of charges.

Dear Credit Card Manager,

I am CREDIT CARD (4346-7720-0497-0397) holder of your bank, as my account is already overdue, every month i am paying the minimum amount due i.e 2100/-

but this month due to some personal problem i am not able to pay this amount, so it's my kind request to you that i'll surely pay this amount

at the end of next month. I was trying to arrange for that amount but somehow won't be able.

I said the same thing to your collection department but they are not ready to listen, & saying that if you wont pay this amount within one hour

we will collect this amount from your relatives place, & i have never mentioned my relatives address anywhere.

So Kindly pay attention towards my request & do the needful & plz revert asap.
