DEAR SIR, MY NAME IS M.S.CHOWDARY AND I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER OF HDFC BANK SINCE 2005. MY CREDITCARD NO IS 4050282000235288, WHICH IS DUE FOR RENEWAL THIS MARCH.RECENTLY I BUILT A NEWHOUSE. IN THE SAME VILLAGE THEN I APPLIED FOR CHANGE OF ADRESS AND MY PHONE NO IS ALSO CHANGED.I CALLED THE CUSTOMERCARE AND THEY ASKED ME TO FAX A LETTER FOR CHANGE OF ADRESS.I DID SOH ASKING THEM TO RENEW MY CARD AND SEND THE CARD TO MY NEW ADRESS.ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES CAME TO MY HOUSE AND VERIFIED MY HOUSE AND ABOUT MY DETAILS.TODAY I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE BANK STATING THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE CREDITCARD SERVICES IN KRISHNA DISTRICT AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO EXTEND THEIR SERVICES.SINCE THE LAST FIVE YEARS THEY HAVE SERVICES AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT HAVE THEM.I NEED THE CREDITCARD AS I AM GOING TO DELHI FOR TEN DAYS WITH MY FAMILY THIS SUMMER .I HAVE MANY UNUSED REWARDPOINTS ALSO ON MY CREDITCARD.SO I ASK YOU PEOPLE TO DO THE NEEDFUL IN THIS REGARD.THANKING YOU -M.S.
