CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT

DEAR SIR/MA'AM,

THIS IS REGARDING THE SETTLEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD NO. 5289 4560 0014 6311 NAMED SHIRISH S CHAURASIA. I HAVE MADE SETTLEMENT WITH HDFV & PAID THE ENTIRE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT AT ONCE, BUT NOT GOT ANY SETTLEMENT LETTER FROM HDFC. NOW I KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM OTHER COLLECTION AGENCIES FOR THE PAYMENT. PERSON FROM COLLECTION AGENCY KEEPS COMING TO MY HOME EVERYDAY, USING RUDE AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND HARASSING TO FAMILY MEMBER.

Sandeep from Collection Agency - Sewri dept sent person name Faruq for the settlement. I have Paid him the settlement amount as discussed with Sandeep and Faruq, now they are not sending the settlement Letter. I have the receipt provided by them.
