PERSON FROM COLLECTION AGENCY KEEPS COMING TO MY HOME EVERYDAY, USING RUDE AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND HARASSING TO FAMILY MEMBER.

Sandeep from Collection Agency - Sewri dept sent person name Faruq for the settlement. I have Paid him the settlement amount as discussed with Sandeep and Faruq, now they are not sending the settlement Letter. I have the receipt provided by them.
