Not getting statement of Credit Card

Sir,

My name is Ashok Kumar Saini. I have Gold Credit Card on my name and one Addl card on my wife Kamlesh Saini's name. I have taken a personal loan also and paying installment well before due date. I am not getting my statement. I contacted customer care repeatedly but got the same reply everytime that it will be sent to you shortly. I got the consolation only not statement.

please do the needfull to get me statement if you can.
