Myself Shoukat Shaikh, want to complain about HDFC ERGO health policy auto renewal from my HDFC credit card.
Policy number: HR07042010000898
After repeatedly and explicitly telling HDFC ERGO representative (when they have called me twice or thrice for confirmation of renewal) that I no longer want to continue with this policy any more, I got an SMS from "TD-HDFCERGO" with below message
"Dear Customer, as per your tel.confirmation we will debit your credit card a/c for health renewal HR07042010000898 in next 3 days. Pls maintain sufficient bal."
Which is pure lie, on the contrary I had always said not to renew my policy, has these insurance company stooped so low and use lying and deciet to extract money from customers?
