HDFC ERGO Mediclaim policy
Did not get the medicalim amount

Sir,

My mother has HDFC ERGO mediclaim. She had operated her eye on 2nd May for Cataract. Whenever we claimed the amount what we spent. They simply saoid no, we are not entitled. At the time of selling this policy nobody had informed us about our entitlity for the same.

I hope you will take action against them.
