HDFC House Loan
Loan Settled yet showing outstanding in Cibil

Dear Sir,

I took Home loan from HDFC bank A/c no : 583926370 and settled all my dues on and no amount is pending as on date. This has been confirmed by HDFC through their Full and final Settlement letter dated 10th Dec. 2010.

Yet when I was going thorugh my CIBIL report to check my credit details I found that HDFC has showed very irresponsible behabiour by not providing correct information in my CIBIL report and showing an outstanding amount of above Rs. 10 L. I have all the documents supporting my claim.

Cibil must take care and penalize these banks.

And do let me know how I can lawfully suit a complain against them for their irresponsible business ethics.
