I have the honour to state the following for your kind and sympathetic consideration.
I am a policy holder under your concern bearing the Policy No.- 13431845 dated on 31.01.10 under Mr. Champak Bhattacharya of Kharagpur Branch during negotiation he assured me of
(1) 7% – 8% Allocation in the 1st year (Supreme Subidha). But in the deed it shows 30%.
(2) He assured me of a special benefit and a covetous gift worth Rs. - 3500 – 4000/-
against the policy of Rs. - 30000/- yearly premium which he does not implement so far.
(3) He does not receive my phone call inspite of repeated efforts.
I have not got any satisfactory clarification regarding the matter so far.
I, therefore, pray that your highness would be kind enough to look into the matter and oblige.
