ATM problem

Today i requested for Rs 500/- withdrawl from RBC (Royal Bank Of Sctoland) ATM situated in my company ITC INFOTECH Bangalore.

It showed transaction successful with a slip but money did not come at all

i have raised complian to hdfc bank, they asked me to wait for 12 working days.

i dont think i will get my money back.

What is the justification for this now??
