HDFC STANDARD
RENEWAL OF LICENSE NO4373439/00252752

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my papers of FC License no.4373439/00252752 for renewal in HDFC STANDARD Office, SECTOR -18, NOIDA on 14.05.2011 along with required documents along with DD Rs.250/-.After much persuasion, the HDFC STANDARD staff have told me that they have lost all my papers. Since then I am moving from table to table and office to office without any result. Lately they have asked me for a list of twenty prospective buyers of their policies which I have prepared, still they

are not responding to my phone calls even.

I have reported the matter to Chairman, IRDA, HYDERABAD

and Chairman, HDFC STANDARD, MUMBAI to help me in this matter as my license is likely to expire on 10.07.2011.
