HDFC STANDARD LIFE
Lapse of Policy without notification

On 6th March an ULIP plan was purchased by me for Rs. 10, 000 (Annual Premium) through HDFC Standard Life but without any notification of due date of further annual payments, policy was declared to be lapsed and a cheque of Rs. 354.27 was released by HDFC Standard Life after three years of policy which was again without any notification for renewal of the said policy. This is fault at the end of HDFC Standard life that has not disclosed the exact terms and conditions for the policy and had closed the policy without any notifications of due date to deposit policy and had declared the policy as lapsed instead of renewing the policy.

Strict actions should be taken against these cheaters who are not disclosing the all facts related to the services and taking away our hard earned money.
