The Behavior of Sales Person with customers are vary rough and rude.
they thinks that Hero Honda products are superior than other make, therefore they think themself in great position,
the dealars are adopting malpractices, the are forcing customers to take extanded warranty as awell as Membership of Goodlife Programme and the vehicle insurance from them only otherwise the refuses to sell the products
More over the dealers are not maintaining the facilities upto date like public utilities.
I think that the Company should take proper care of Customers
