DEAR SIR, MY SELF LOGGED A SERVICE CALL (UNDER CASE ID 3179333) THROUGH TELEPHONE, IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE CALL YOUR SERVICE PERSON HAS VISITED MY PLACE AND OPEN PRINTER CHECKED AND TOLD ME THERE IS A LOCK WHICH IS BROKEN, I WILL GIVE YOU INFORMATION AFTER SOME TIME THAT YOUR PRINTER WILL ACCEPT IN WARRANTY OR NOT, AFTER AN HOUR THROUGH TELEPHONE HE INFORMED ME THAT YOUR WARRANTY WILL NOT ACCEPT . NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY IT IS NOT ACCEPT UNDER WARRANTY IT IS A NEW ONE PRINTER PURCHASED ON AUGUST AND IT IS COVERED FOR ONE YEAR WARRANTY. THE ACTUAL CASE IS THAT MY SELF HAVING TWO PRINTER ONE WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING (FOR SAME PROBLEM WHICH IS OCCUR PRESENTLY) ONE MONTH BEFORE FOR THAT PARTICULAR CASE HE HAS CHARGED ME RS. 300/- AND MY SELF HAS COMPLAINED AGAINST THE SAME SERVICE POINT . THATS WHY HE IS TAKING REVENGE. KINDLY LOOK AT THE MATTER AND TAKE THE CASE SERIOUSLY.
