Hi,

Today (12/7) I called HSBC Credit Card phone banking 4 times (20 mins). The Voice Reponse gave many options. In that there is one option 0 (Zero) to talk to Service Advisor. If I will select that, its not at all connecting to Service Advisor. In that also there is only recorded voice.

If it is like this, they why Phone Banking option. They can close it. Every time, I am loosing min Rs. 5 just for hearing those stupid voice recording. Please do the needful.
