Credit card used by others

Hello,

I (Jayapal Naidu) was having credit card. I lost my credit card 2.8 months before that time i have give compliant regarding last credit card. but before that some one have purchased on the card. i have submitted the dispute form and compliant and police FIR copy also. that HSBC bank manager said that" we will do investigation on that card with 45 days we will let you know the status but still i did not get any investigation status also. now they are calling and asking payment. please take action on this.

Note: I did not purchase any thing on the card. but still they are asking to pay the amount.
