1. Service is very poor, It takes 15 min to withdraw money thru cheque in queue of 5 ppl. They give few sweets for waiting. They donot increase in staff as customer care.

2. Automatically upgrades to power advantage without consent from customer & not maintaining min amount (1 lakh in saving a/c with 3.5% int pa) HSBC charges Rs 1000/-.

Reversal of wrongly slapped charges may take min 3months - 1 year according their own staff member. ie. if you are very persistent you will get back your money.

3. Staff ill mannered & highly ineffcient takes ages to get work done, that too much slower than even PSU banks.

4. Lost of atm/debit/credit card thru phone banking Numbers only, no written letter to branch office will do. All losses meanwhile on customers a/c.

5. ATM machine placed in such a way anyone see what you are punching as password. No privacy.

All this in premier city as Mumbai in posh area as Juhu
