My father holding the primary card of HSBC Bank and I Jitendra Goklani holding the supplementary card (add on card). My father is died on 27/5/08. Their is an outstanding balance on the primary card at the time of death of my father.
The bank has transfered the outstanding amount against my name in CIBIL and show me as defaulter in CIBIL records.
As per rules of the credit Card " PRIMARY CARD HOLDER IS THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTSTANDING OF PRIMARY CARD AS WELL AS THE SUPPLEMENTARY CARD".. But the HSBC Bank changes the rules by itself and make supplementary card holder is the responsible for the primary card holder.
Kindly advice what to do.
