I had written an email to HSBC on the 18th. The mail details are as follows:
Dear Sir,
Reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that i had complained to HSBC personally at the Malad office on 11th January and I have not received a resolution to my complaint till date.
I have been getting numerous calls and HSBC collection agents keep coming to my place asking for payments. I have also got mails saying there will be legal action imposed.
My card number is 4384 5999 1351 3957 and there were a few fraudulent transactions on my card which were internet transactions on 25/10 & 26/10 for a sum amount of Rs 48671.99. I got a call on the 28/10 from HSBC bank asking if i was aware of those transactions and I immediately informed them that those transactions were not made by me. Then I followed up with HSBC and they told me to go to the MALAD branch and place a complaint. I spoke to an officer there and she told me that the same would be followed up within 30 days and its been 3 years now and nobody seems to have an answer.
A few months later, Ms. Nilofer from the Auditing Department had called me up and she also informed me saying we would have the same resolved and I send her a fax of the complaint that I had. There was no response from here end after that.
I really want to have the same resolved and please inform your collection agents to stop calling me and asking for the payment as I have already complained that the transactions are not made by me and that HSBC still has to resolve my complaint.
I would really appreciate if you could do the needful to the earliest.

However after 15 days HSBC reply back to me and say that I would have to make the payment. But I have the letter of which I had gone to HSBC bank and logged the complaint.
