HSBC Bank
HSBC BANK

As being a senior citizen & by health & wealth disabled after settlement of my personal loan after 2 year the HSBC bank is harrassing and giving bad work Mr. Farukh was going on calling and demanding money. due to which i'm suffering a lot.

This is to bring to your notice that certain outstanding in our account was discussed with Mr. Vikram (Mobile no. 9867213642) on April. As per the discussion the figure of settlement arrived at was Rs. 89, 203.84 which was to be paid in 3 (three) installments.

I asked for the settlement letter for which Vikram answered that after we give him cheques for the said amount and also after our first cheque is realized only then settlement letter can be issued. Our first cheque of Rs. 18, 076/- was issued on 18/04/09. After realization of cheque we received settlement letter which was dated 24/04/09. The balance two cheques issued also get cleared in their due course after which I was expecting bankers to give us loan closure statement. However, we are not in receipt of any such letter till date.

Our contention is that we have paid outstanding dues as per settlement terms whereas, your banks contention is that payment made on 18/04/09 earlier to date of settlement letter i.e. 24/04/09 cannot be counted in payment of settlement. This is not true & fair.

I request you to kindly verify all transaction mentioned. Herein above or else give us an opportunity to be head in person. Please issue Loan closure letter as early as possible.

Feel free to ask for any further clarification.

In anticipation of prompt response.

Yours truly,

Giriraj Agarwal
