HSBC Bank/Credit Card
Clearance letter not issued even after 7 months

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it to your notice that I was holding a credit card of HSBC No. 4384593706244698, which was surrendered due to unsatisfactory services & full & final payment was made on dated 30 May’10 wide letter no. FFS/CPD/NWOFF/NDH/MC/SERCO/260535.I was assured by the concerned person that I will receive letter of clearance within 90 days but it has been more than 7 months, I have neither received my clearance letter & I am receiving statements with additional interest.

You are requested to issue clearance letter at the earliest.
