Harassing Calls

I am repeatedly getting harassing calls from 022-66667070 The address is HSBC Malad, Umang Tower, 2nd Floor, Behind inorbit mall, SV Rd, Malad Mumbai

First of all they did not send me my credit card bill on time. and now they keep calling me asking me to pay when i dont even have the bill in hand

i called up customer care at 6680001 and found my due was rs 3600, i paid it immediately and still they keep calling me

I want to put an end to it

should i lodge an FIR?
