Dear sir,

HSBC is one of the worst credit card company i have ever dealt with

I was issued a Credit Card from the 1st statement i was charged with late payments. I complianed to customer care about either reversing the same or else cancelling my credit.

I told them it was cancelled but they do not have a record on the transation.

Suddenly on 11th jan i got call from one Rahul from landline no. 01130613200 about settling the account.

He confirmed those were wrong charges asked.

He again started calling me repeatedly on 12th jan time and when i told him to put the phone down, he started misbehaving and started using philthy language.

I request for settling my dispute, when i never used this card for any transaction & bank seems to be unnecessary trouble innocent people thru' ill mannered exectives, who do n't even know, the way to behave in service industry.

Strict action should be taken againt people like Rahul, to avoid harassment for people like us.
