My Name is Alok Garg. I have two credit cards of HSBC bank. More than one year i can not receive any statement from bank. I has been call to customer care many times for reqiurment of statement. Yesterday i have receive call from customer care regarding outstanding on my cards. I had confirm to him, that i will make the payment but you send the statement priviously. As per statement bank has been charge Rs. 750.00 every month. I can not pay the such amount. If bank revevse the same on both cards, so i will make the balance payment as per my actual uses. If bank not revese the same i can not pay any amount.
