I used HSBC credit card, and made prompt payments, last year and last before year i decided to close the account and contacted their customer care center, they not accepted my request and asked to continue, last year they put renewal fee, after argument they reversed, i am not using that card, this year also they put renewal fee, but i am not received any statement only phone call received after three months and they saying remit the renewal fee with surcharge immediately, so i request how to made complaint against them, reg above matter please
