Wrong closure

1. My 2 credit cards have been closed by the bank.

2. When applied for cards, I was told that both cards are free for life time.

3. Reason for closure: payment due (annual membership fee).

4. Although the customer care executive assured me that the fee will be waved off but he didn't so.
