Credit card wrong bill

Iam a HSBC credit card holder no. 4476929987885024. but idid not use this card for one year. Befoe six months I got a statement of Rs 670. I informed the customercare executive this matter. But I did not any result. They are sending me the bill every month. This month I got a bill of 957.78 rupees. The representive of HSBC told me that there is no monthly or yearly charges for this card.then I did not understand what type of charges is this. This is totally wrong and hidden charge.

So I kindly request you to take action to stop sending the statement in future.
