I have been using the HSBC credit card in the year 2007. But due to poor response & dumb service. I have closed the same in the year 2008 March. I made number of calls to the customer care numbers. Also sent mails for which I just got an acknowledgement that my closure request has been processed. But after 3 years, they have sent bill last week with opening balance as 10, 000 & finance charges etc etc.
Even now they confirm me that my card is deactivated. but they dont have records for how this amount came into picture. I ahve even broken my card in pieces & disposed it. No proper answer from any of the executives. Just calls get diverted from one person to another.
How can i get rid of this torture
