This is Saleem Mohammed. Previously i used to have a HSBC credit card with number "4384 5913 9246 5833" and i did final settlement on 23/08 with settlement reference "FFS/CPD/WOFF/BOM/HDM/BILKISH/1808557" and in this process i have received only the final settlement letter.
As the communication with the third party agency (Ms Shruti:022-26376223 & Mr Romeo), they committed to provide me the Zero balance statement & No due letter. But later they were irresponsible to provide me the committed ones and ask me to consult customer care people after so long time.
Now i am looking for the support to get those letters. Hope i will get those letters through the mail to my mail id '[email protected]' or through courier to my new changed address which was not updated in your database.
