Hello Everybody,
I am a premier Customer with HSBC India. The secondary card issue in the name of my wife was misuse
and four transactions have been done in USA and in Australia. We both have never been to USA or
Australia. Even we have not share any info regarding our card with anyone else. When i talk to the
customer care it was really annoying the way the lady told to me that it possible that your wife has
shared the info or leave the card carelessly anywhere.that was the most stupid thing i have ever hear from
a Customer care ever. Instead of finding out who has misuse the info and how it has been reached to a
third person in two différent countries she was telling me that it my fault. What i decide is to stop working
with the bank in the future. I need to know what are the necessary things i need to do from my side
.Anybody having experience regarding that please let me know and gave your guidance what are the
things i need to take care from my side. Thank you.
