HSBC Classic Credit Card
Service fee on Credit Card

Hello,

HSBC issues me a credit card without my permission or my consent in 07 and they also renewed that card in 2009 again without my consent and now they are asking me for Service charges of Rs. 1000.

I am really pissed off and want to know the procedure to take them to consumer court at any cost.
