i am your customer, i have a credit card of your HSBC. My credit card number is 4476925497506621. My complain is, i m not getting my credit card bill statement properly in regular base. If u do not give proper services then i do not want to get your card and services, Every month i have to call in customer care department and tell them that send me statement my credit card, every time they are not update my complain. If you want i am always being your customer for long long time, then send me statement time to time please please...
