I have a hsbc credit card no-4476929992434693. after so many complain to hsbc, they ignored to settle my account. they have shown TATA AIG insurance policy premium in card statement from july. the said policy was never sent to me by TATA AIG. So many complain have been made to bank but all gone in vain. in their
latest email they suggest me to go for settlement instead of waiver of wrong dues. they also spoiled my credit details in CIBIL.please help
