This is in reference to HSBC Credit card misuse.
I have reported miss use of my card ending with 4410 to bank. The bill generated on March shows several transactions between 11th Feb to 21st Feb and the total outstanding for this month was Rs 90910. Ths bills generated in consecutive months have been showing this outstanding in addition to some finincial charges. The bill generated in August has total outstandin of 103337.24.
I again want to bring it to your notice that card ending with 4410 was issued to me on 23rd Feb which is after these transactions were made, and hence I am not responsible for these transactions and any outstanding on my HSBC card. I have not used any HSBC card issued to me after 1st Feb.
I have already filled dispute form, discussed with bank, filled dispute form but so far issue still persists.
I have already gone through lot of disturbance because of this issue. can you help me how to escalate this issue with RBI?
