HSBC Credit Card
Non Giving of Cash Back Offe

I had usedmy HSBC card as per there scheme of Cash Back on doing transaction with make mytrip.com, but wheni receive my statement of account, i hadnot been credited for cash back, and one time bank says youonce deposit the full amount you will than be credited back, i also deposited the full, now more than a year has been passed away, bank is making the execuses only and made my balance debit of Rs. 8000/- appx instead there should be credit balance of Rs. 5000/- plus interest of mine, since long period of year has been expired, no positive response is given by the bank
