I have been operating credit of various provides for the past 15 years and very selective in their usage knowing well the bankers attitude and services such being the case I awailed a balance transfer facility from HSBC bank ontheir approach. and since then I have been prompt in my payment to them and I was shocked to note that for the past 3 months they have been consequetively charging me an unexplained chareges amounting to nearly Rs .1000/- monthly on my bills. my frequent approach to reach them on the customer care was hopeless and even if i could establish a contact I was not attended properly and was turned down on various counts on reasons best known to them.
Having received no response I have now been forced to stop all my future payments hence forth for the clarification required from them- If they take the appropriate action I intened to continue or else stop the transaction for mistake on their part.
