Sir/ Madam,

HSBC has charged More then Rs.1000/ - on non payment of Pertrol surcharges Rs.50/- later on this matter sorted out (as per mail with me) but after some on my request they have cancelled my card but after 2 years now I know that some Rs.5053/- will imposed as written off in my credit card account.

Now HSBC replying my mail by saying that nothing is due on me but they don't have any procedure for issuing NOC certifcate and also not updating CIBIL reocrds.

I have no way to how remove my "Red Marked" remark on my creditbility report.

This system showning us that in INDIA such institution (MNC's) playing bad roles with citizen of india and we don't have option to protect themselves from such harrshment.,

My small home loan stucked and my life dream to purchase a small house also go down due to that and no body (CIBIL / HSBC / Banks) ready to listen my request and Bank and CIBIL also not acknowledging the HSBC recent mails to me in which they have mentioned clearly nothing is pedning on my account.
