Incorrect Statement

Sir,

My card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 3402

Please refer to the phone communication on 31/12 at 15.01 IST and subsequent refusal from my side about the balance transfer of Rs 58, 600. Consignment refusal mail attached. I would like to have a revised statement reflecting the correct outstanding. Also, it is not clear how can I avail the interset free 3 months period for the balance transfer.
