My Card Number is 4476 9299 9378 1688 which is expired before my last payment.
I have all proof including bills.
I am getting call from recovary department asking to pay the amount which I already paid in HSBC bank.
On 11th April, I paid the total balance amount 48098/- (cross checked with bank for total amount) at HSBC bank in somajiguda, Hyderabad. I asked for the closing letter which they told, they will send through post. I broken the card and put it into the box along with my closing application date 11/04. I have the final payment receipt. On the same day i informed to the recovery department about my payment (As per bank employee suggestion).
After 6 month I got call from recovary department saying, there is a balance around 600 (late fee charges) and it become around 6000 after 6 month and asking to pay.
Is this process, To whom i need to compalaint about this. What is my next step? They are talking all stupid words and as every body knows the recovary department is out sources and they are ready to do any thing.
Please suggest how to handle this.
